1. Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) are the terms and conditions on which The Flowerpot Stevenage Limited (“we”, “us”, or “The Flowerpot”) provides products to you. In addition to the Website Terms of Use, your purchase of products from us through this website or via any other method (e.g. Telephone, In-store) is subject to these Terms of Sale. Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before ordering any products from our site or via any other method. By placing an order for any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.
1.2 If you place an order through our website, you will be asked to tick a box on the final page of the checkout section to confirm that you accept these Terms of Sale before you can proceed with your order.
2. Information about Us
2.1 Theflowerpotstevenage.co.uk is a website owned and operated by The Flowerpot Stevenage Limited, a private limited company incorporated and registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is at 242 Scarborough Avenue, Stevenage, SG1 2SN, United Kingdom. 3. Service

3.2 The Flowerpot offers an ordering and delivery, click and collect, and in-store service in Hertfordshire. Operating hours vary depending on Holiday’s and local & staff conditions.
3.3 Online Orders. When you place an order for our products via the website, we will send you an email receipt (the “Confirmation Email”) thanking you for your order, and confirming the details of such order and that payment has been received and accepted. The contract for the supply of goods will be between you and us and will only be formed when you have been sent the Confirmation Email. Please ensure you have provided the correct email and/or telephone number, as this is how we will contact you if there are any issues.
3.4 In-store Order. When you place an order in store, you will be offered a sales receipt. If there are any issues with the product and you wish to return the item, this receipt is a requirement, otherwise we cannot accept returns.
3.5 In-store Named Day Orders. When you place an order in-store for a particular day of collection, payment is required upon placing the order. Upon collection, you will be offered a sales receipt. In the event you do not collect your order on the named day, it will be held for 24-hours. On the expiration of this window, the item may be re-sold to another customer. We are also unable to guarantee the quality of items if they are collected after the date originally agreed. If you need to change the date of collection, please inform us via telephone at least;
3.5.1 For general orders, 4 hours prior to collection/delivery
3.5.2. For Funerals, 5 days prior to collection/delivery
3.5.3 For Weddings, 2 weeks before delivery
3.6 Delivery. When ordering your item online or in-store, and opt for a delivery service, you are given a choice of delivery date. If you order online, this delivery date will be displayed in the Confirmation Email. For same-day delivery, please order before 1pm, otherwise delivery will be the next day (Excluding Sunday). We guaranteed same-day delivery by 6pm on orders placed before 1pm.
3.6.1 Unfortunately, complications may arise during delivery of items. For example, traffic and weather conditions, navigation errors or staffing issues. If we envisage a delay in your delivery, you will be notified by telephone.
3.6.2 Inaccuracies in the information provided you when your order was placed may also cause delays in delivery. Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order.
3.6.3 If, upon delivery, we receive no answer from the door, and no answer from the provided telephone number within 10 minutes, we will attempt to leave the order in a safe place and post a card through a letterbox. We will also take a photo. However, if we are unable to do that, we will return the item to the store and notify you.
3.6.4 If, upon order, we do not have the item available in-store but it was marked as “In Stock” on the website, we will contact you via telephone to either arrange an alternate item, or a full refund.
3.6.5 Delivery Quality. The Flowerpot seeks to provide a high quality service and should be the first point of contact in the event there is a problem with your products or delivery with regards to quality. We do monitor our deliveries very closely and it is our highest priority that they meet our own high quality standards. Please check your delivery immediately after it arrives and inform us if you have any issues via email or telephone.
4. Flowers
4.1 All orders of flowers are subject to availability. You understand and accept that flowers are natural production and therefore have some variation in size, shape, colour and length of life. In the event of supply difficulties, you acknowledge and agree that, at our sole discretion, we may substitute some item with one of similar value and quality without notice.
4.2 Please call us prior to ordering if you have an allergy. We cannot guarantee that any of the flowers supplied by us are free of allergens. Some flowers may be harmful or poisonous. If you require further information before submitting an order, please contact us.
5. Wedding/Funeral Orders
5.1 When placing an order for Wedding or Funeral flowers, you will be provided with a quotation sheet with the details of your order, including delivery and dates. While we try to ensure all details are correct, you are also responsible for confirming that all details are correct. In the event that incorrect details were not notified to us, we will make our best effort to accommodate for the changes, but make no guarantees.
